Jonathan Scott

LEAD PASTOR

Jonathan serves as Lead Pastor with a passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word, shepherding the church, and providing leadership to the staff and board. What he loves most about ministry is people — building relationships, equipping others for ministry, and helping them grow as disciples of Jesus. He and His wife, Sara, have 3 kids, Hazel, Harvey, and Hugh.

Melissa DeVos

KID MIN DIRECTOR

Melissa is passionate about helping kids discover Jesus in fun, safe, and meaningful ways. She partners with parents and volunteers to create welcoming environments where children feel loved, known, and encouraged to grow in their faith.

Kelly Doolittle

OFFICE MANAGER

Kelly helps support the daily life and ministry of the church through organization, communication, and care. She enjoys serving both the church staff and congregation by keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming, helpful presence in the office.

Ken Druart

FACILITIES MANAGER

Ken serves as Custodian at High Pointe and helps care for the building in countless ways. He enjoys using his skills to support the ministry of the church and make High Pointe a place that feels welcoming and well cared for.

Taylor Seamon

MEDIA & TECHNOLOGY

Taylor enjoys using his skills to support worship and ministry by helping services, events, and systems run smoothly and with excellence.

Matt Lyle

VOLUNTEER WORSHIP COORDINATOR

Matt enjoys helping organize and support the worship team so the church can gather together in meaningful and Christ-centered worship.
