High Pointe Church
Connecting to our Community
Nearly 65,000 children in West Michigan are at risk of hunger. Hand2Hand exists to eliminate that 68-hour gap so every kid has an opportunity to thrive. Hand2Hand mobilizes schools, churches, businesses, foundations, and individuals to provide nutritious food over the weekend and extended school breaks. Beyond physical nutrition, this food provides hope for students who are experiencing hunger. Currently, Hand2Hand is serving 12,074 students in 280 schools, ages 3-18, in 44 school districts in West Michigan.
Hand2Hand ministry at High Pointe is partnered with two local elementary schools serving 346 students in the 2024/25 school year. God has called us to make a difference to children and families in our community by providing hope with food and love with prayer.
