WHAT IS H2H?

Hand2Hand is a regional ministry that partners with local churches and schools to provide a backpack filled with supplemental food that bridges the gap of weekend hunger. Food sent home consists of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner items, often sent home with a recipe card included. The program nourishes more than physical needs. It provides consistency, love, and demonstrates to all within a home that people do care. And ultimately, that God cares.

In our partnership with Hand2Hand, High Pointe currently provides food every weekend for at least 190 children locally at Brookwood Elementary and West Elementary.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

  2. 2. Help with food packing.
  3. 3. Help with food delivery to schools.
