Tim grew up in a Christian home and gave his life to Christ at the age of 6. However, it was his father's death when he was 10 years old that really challenged him to fully trust God with all things and ultimately led to a call to ministry later in life.
Tim graduated from Eastern Nazarene College and then Nazarene Theological Seminary and was honored to plant BridgeWay Community Church in Rockford, MI and led it for 9 years. He then served at Ada Bible Church for four years as Director of Spiritual Formation.
Tim and his wife Mary just celebrated 23 years of marriage and are raising 4 great kids: Gabi, Isaac, Sam and Sophie.
Tim's hobbies include golf, skiing, running, games with the kids (Euchre, Settlers, Puerto Rico, Hearts, etc.), pretty much every sport and hiking mountains (when possible). He loves Scripture and enjoys relearning what it means to be a child of God living in a world that is increasingly hostile to the Church. It is his life goal to bridge to the lost and hurting and point them to Christ, who loves all without hesitation.
